This is an all-sport strength training and flexibility workout available to all kids ages 12 and up.
I use a unique slow resistance exercise technique proven to increase strength as well as traditional body weight exercises.
This workout is for beginners and experienced athletes and weight lifters. Perfect for in-season or off-season athletes. Workouts are approximately 1 hour.
