I have been a Fitness Coach for 22 years and have been the Managing Owner of Fit For Life Strength and Wellness (formerly 21 Minute Fitness) for 15 + years. Our philosophy here at Fit For Life is to incorporate and activate all the major aspects of physical health. Proper posture and structure, maintain flexibility and of course, gain and maintain strength.
I believe we learn the most in life from experiences. One of the most important things that I’ve learned is to keep our mental health strong and prioritize our physical health.
